Literally section 3 made me cry 😭. Sending love to all the women with broken hearts today. I’ve had my fair share of those valentines days! Neil indulged me with a big McDonalds fountain Diet Coke, carnitas tacos at Javier’s for lunch, a temple session and some Trader Joe’s roses. It really is the effort ♥️

Happy Valentine’s Day! Your little family is so darling. It is our 42nd anniversary today. I am now a retired teacher. My husband took the day off work. We are going for pedicures and then an early dinner at Per Noi. 🩷
Wow! I laughed and cried…and in the middle I got some good ideas for some neat things. I have always loved hearing what others want and need, When I saw you post that question???? I couldn’t even think of an answer to type in….
We typically just exchange cards some sweet, romantic, and sentimental but this year we both got funny ones!!!!😍
My husband shocked me with a box of old school Whitmans chocolate BUT it was dark chocolate!!! The pieces I have tried were actually pretty good!!!
After reading your post I value My Paul’s handwritten message that was inside the funny card now more than ever….he wrote “ I’ll love you till the day I die”. Of course it made me cry and just love him all the more…I always write “ I love you more ALWAYS “.
My take away from this is….I will be forever thankful that God chose for us to be together. We both will love each other until “ death do us part “.✝️♥️

Heart pizzas for us every year ❤️ and just staying in together as a family. Really just soaking up how grateful I am to have this sweet family of mine! (Also I was the opposite of you - slightly terrified to have a boy but he's just been my best bud. Love getting to raise girls and a boy 🙌🏼)
